A Vorta who represents the Dominion.
Weyoun is a Vorta who serves as the Dominion's chief representative in the Alpha Quadrant in Deep Space Nine, played by Jeffrey Combs. Polite, ingratiating and absolutely devoted to the Founders, whom he worships as gods, he becomes the public face of the Dominion during its war with the Federation.
Like all Vorta he is a clone, and when one Weyoun dies a new one is activated with his memories. The first Weyoun seen is killed by the Jem'Hadar First Omet'iklan in To the Death. A later clone develops doubts and defects in Treachery, Faith and the Great River, seeking Odo's help before he dies. The clones that follow work alongside Dukat and then Damar at the head of the Cardassian-Dominion alliance.
In the series finale the last Weyoun is killed by Garak at Dominion headquarters on Cardassia. Combs's sly, unctuous performance made Weyoun one of the series' most memorable villains.
