While Enterprise carries Tellarite delegates to peace talks, an apparent Tellarite attack on Andorians pushes the two peoples toward war.
Enterprise carries a Tellarite delegation to peace talks with the Andorians on Babel. On the way, the crew rescues Shran and other Andorians whose ship has apparently been attacked by a Tellarite vessel, and tempers flare between the two species.
The attacking ship turns out to be a Romulan drone that can disguise itself as other vessels. Tucker and Reed are trapped aboard it while investigating, and Archer must keep the Tellarites and Andorians from going to war. The episode was directed by David Straiton and written by Mike Sussman and Andre Bormanis.
