Jack is the restless, sharp-tongued leader of a small group of genetically enhanced people, also including Lauren, Patrick and Sarina Douglas, whose augmentation left them unable to live ordinary lives. Forbidden from working in the professions that might use their talents, he is bored and contemptuous of unenhanced people.
In Statistical Probabilities, the group analyses the Dominion War and concludes that the Federation will lose. Jack leads a plan to leak Starfleet's strategy to the Dominion, but Bashir stops him with Sarina's help. In Chrysalis, the group reaches the station posing as an admiral and his staff so that Bashir can treat Sarina. He was played by Tim Ransom.
