A genetically enhanced man with the emotional behaviour of a small child, one of the augments Julian Bashir works with during the Dominion War.
Patrick is a member of the small group of genetically enhanced patients Julian Bashir brings to the station in Statistical Probabilities. Despite his brilliance, he behaves like a sweet, easily upset child and depends heavily on the others.
Patrick takes part in the group's statistical model of the war and follows Jack's lead when the augments decide to betray Starfleet plans to the Dominion. He appears again in Chrysalis, when the group returns so that Bashir can try to cure Sarina. He was played by Michael Keenan.
