The leader of the Kazon-Nistrim sect who, with the help of the Cardassian spy Seska, captured USS Voyager.
Culluh was the maje, or leader, of the Kazon-Nistrim, one of the rival sects of the Kazon in the Delta Quadrant. Ambitious and hot-tempered, he coveted the advanced technology aboard USS Voyager, which he believed would give his sect dominance over the other Kazon factions.
His fortunes rose when Seska, the Cardassian spy exposed aboard Voyager, defected to the Nistrim and became his lover and adviser. With her knowledge of the ship, the Kazon repeatedly harassed Voyager, and Seska bore a child that she claimed was Chakotay's in order to lure the crew into a trap. The Kazon eventually seized the ship and abandoned its crew on a hostile planet.
The Doctor revealed that the child was actually Culluh's, and with the help of Lon Suder and Tom Paris the crew retook Voyager. Seska was killed in the fighting, and Culluh was left with his son. He was the most prominent recurring Kazon antagonist of Voyager's early seasons.
