A Klingon commander whose first meeting with Kirk is in Errand of Mercy.
Kor is a Klingon commander who first appears in the original series episode Errand of Mercy, where he serves as military governor of the planet Organia during a confrontation with Kirk that the Organians end by imposing peace on both sides. He also appears in the animated episode The Time Trap.
He returns in Deep Space Nine as an aging Dahar Master. In Blood Oath he joins Kang, Koloth and Jadzia Dax, who had sworn the oath as Curzon, in hunting down the Albino who murdered the warriors' sons. In The Sword of Kahless he sets out with Worf and Dax to recover the legendary blade of Kahless, and the quest nearly sets the three against each other before they choose to lose the sword again rather than let it divide the empire.
In Once More Unto the Breach, Worf arranges a final command for him during the Dominion War, and Kor dies holding off a Jem'Hadar force alone so the rest of the Klingon fleet can escape.
