Leeta is a Dabo girl at Quark's bar on Deep Space Nine, working the wheel in the casino. Friendly, cheerful and sometimes unexpectedly sharp, she is a favorite of the station's regulars and stands out for her warmth.
She forms a relationship with Rom, the Ferengi engineer and Quark's brother, and the couple marry. Her kindness helps Rom find confidence, and eventually he becomes a leader.
