Cheerful, athletic host of the Dax symbiont, a talented gymnast who briefly inhabited Leeta during Jadzia's zhian'tara.
Emony Dax was the third host of the Dax symbiont and a talented gymnast. In Facets, Leeta volunteers to take on Emony's personality during Jadzia's zhian'tara, the Trill rite of closure.
Emony is cheerful and lively, and her meeting with Jadzia is one of the lighter moments of the ritual. Through her, Jadzia gets to know a side of Dax shaped by physical discipline and joy, before the rite continues with Audrid, Torias, Joran and finally Curzon.
