A young Romulan warrior with the Qowat Milat order.
Elnor is a young Romulan raised by the Qowat Milat, an order of warrior nuns, on the planet Vashti, and he appears in Star Trek: Picard, played by Evan Evagora. Picard knew him as a boy during the Romulan relief effort, and when Picard returns years later Elnor pledges himself to him under the Qowat Milat practice of serving a lost cause.
He follows the order's rule of absolute candor, speaking his mind with disarming honesty, and he is a formidable swordsman. During the first season he joins the crew of La Sirena and fights aboard the Borg cube known as the Artifact alongside Seven of Nine and the freed former drones.
At the start of the second season he has become the first Romulan cadet at Starfleet Academy, with Raffi Musiker as his mentor. During the season's altered-timeline crisis he is killed, and Raffi grieves deeply, but he is alive again once history is set right at the season's end.
