The crew escapes to 2024 with the Borg Queen's help, Elnor dies of his wounds, and Rios is arrested by immigration agents in Los Angeles.
Seven distracts the Magistrate long enough for the crew to overpower him. The Queen links to La Sirena's systems, destroys the pursuing ships and slingshots around the Sun to reach 2024, telling Picard they must find a figure called the Watcher in Los Angeles. The ship crash-lands near the Picard estate in France.
Elnor dies of his injuries, and a grieving Raffi leaves with Seven and Rios to search for the Watcher. A damaged transporter leaves Rios injured; he wakes in a clinic for undocumented immigrants run by Dr. Teresa Ramirez, and both are arrested in an immigration raid. Jurati links her mind to the Queen and learns the Watcher's location. Lea Thompson directed.
