Archer finds himself stuck in a devastated 31st century with Daniels, who realizes that removing Archer from his own era has caused the future to collapse. Meanwhile, Silik and the Suliban hold Enterprise, and T'Pol and the crew plot to retake the ship.
The Suliban want back a database that Archer's team stole before the takeover, and the crew stages an escape from captivity aboard their own ship. Archer finds a way to contact T'Pol across time and is brought back to his own era. With the stolen evidence that the Suliban caused the Paraagan disaster, the Vulcans drop their objections and Enterprise is allowed to continue its mission.
