A genetically enhanced Suliban Cabal agent who carried out the orders of a mysterious figure from the future during the Temporal Cold War.
Silik was a leading operative of the Suliban Cabal, a faction of the Suliban who received genetic enhancements from a shadowy humanoid from the future in exchange for carrying out missions in the Temporal Cold War. The enhancements gave him heightened senses and the ability to change his appearance and blend into his surroundings.
He first clashed with Jonathan Archer when the Cabal tried to seize a Klingon courier carrying vital information, an incident that led to the launch of Enterprise. Silik went on to stalk the crew repeatedly, even infiltrating the ship, and at times he and Archer were forced into uneasy cooperation when their interests briefly aligned.
Silik's campaign ended when the conflict carried both men into an altered version of Earth's past during the Second World War, where he was killed. As the most recognisable face of the Cabal, he embodied the early seasons' mystery about the Temporal Cold War and its unseen manipulators.
