A Los Angeles clinic doctor who befriended Cristobal Rios in 2024 and became the reason he stayed in the past.
Teresa Ramirez was a doctor running a community clinic in Los Angeles in 2024, where she looked after Cristobal Rios after he was injured and, with Jean-Luc Picard's group, cared for Picard following Adam Soong's attack. She was raising a son, Ricardo. She was played by Sol Rodriguez.
Rios grew close to her, and after he confessed that he was a time traveler he brought Teresa and her son aboard La Sirena. When the crew prepared to return to their own century, Rios chose to stay in the 21st century with Teresa and Ricardo.
