A Romulan Watcher in 2024 who protected Renée Picard and gave her life to keep history on course.
Tallinn was a Supervisor, an agent assigned to protect key points of history, working in Los Angeles in 2024. Her task was to watch over Renée Picard, an astronaut whose role in an upcoming Europa mission would shape the future. She was played by Orla Brady.
When Jean-Luc Picard arrived from the future, she worked with him, and after Adam Soong's car left Picard unconscious she entered his mind and helped him confront a childhood memory of his mother's mental illness. She revealed that she was secretly Romulan and possibly an ancestor of Laris.
Interpreting a message from the new Borg Queen as meaning one version of Renée must die, Tallinn used a holographic disguise to take Renée's place when Soong made another attempt on her life. She died in Picard's arms as Renée left on the mission.
