Starfleet's 32nd-century War College, which operates alongside Starfleet Academy and trains cadets under Chancellor Kelrec.
The War College is a Starfleet school with a more martial focus than Starfleet Academy, led by Chancellor Kelrec. Its cadets train alongside those of the Academy, and the two student bodies began as bitter rivals, trading pranks and competing for prestige.
The rivalry gave way to cooperation after a joint training exercise ended in disaster, when War College cadet B'Avi was killed protecting an Academy cadet. Tarima Sadal began as a War College cadet before moving to the Academy.
