A camping trip with Jake, Nog and Quark goes wrong when Sisko and Quark are captured by the Jem'Hadar, soldiers of the Gamma Quadrant power called the Dominion.
Sisko takes Jake on a trip to a Gamma Quadrant planet, but Nog and Quark come along. Sisko and Quark are captured by Jem'Hadar soldiers along with Eris, a woman who claims to have been fleeing the Dominion, while Jake and Nog escape to the runabout and struggle to fly it. The Jem'Hadar leader announces that the Dominion will no longer tolerate visitors from the Alpha Quadrant.
The USS Odyssey comes to the rescue with the station's runabouts, but the Jem'Hadar weapons cut through its shields, and a Jem'Hadar ship rams and destroys the Odyssey. Sisko, Quark and the boys are rescued, and Eris is exposed as a Dominion spy before she transports away.
