Archer is held in a Suliban internment camp.
Archer and Mayweather are captured by the Tandarans, who are at war with the Suliban Cabal, and placed in an internment camp holding ordinary Suliban civilians. The camp is run by Colonel Grat, played by Dean Stockwell.
Archer learns that most of the detainees have no connection to the Cabal and are being held simply for their species, which he likens to injustices in human history. He decides to help the prisoners escape rather than simply get out himself, and T'Pol and the rest of the crew work to free them. Danny Pino plays one of the Suliban detainees. The episode was directed by David Livingston, with a teleplay by Phyllis Strong and Mike Sussman.
