Seven hundred years after Voyager's visit, a backup copy of the Doctor is activated in a museum on a planet where the crew is remembered as villains. He has to convince the people that the real events were very different from what their history says.
The episode is a favorite among fans, in part because it shows the crew in an unfamiliar light as brutal invaders. It is also a showcase for the Doctor and a funny and thoughtful look at how history can be distorted by the people who write it.
