Ancient generation ship of the xenophobic Varro, home to them for four centuries, which separatists tried to break apart in The Disease.
The Varro generation ship had housed the Varro for four hundred years, built from many pods joined into a single enormous vessel. Its people avoided outsiders, but in The Disease they accepted Voyager's help with repairs, and Harry Kim began a forbidden relationship with a Varro woman named Tal.
Tal belonged to a minority who wanted to leave the ship, and she had helped release parasites meant to break the pods apart. As the hull began to fracture, Kim extended Voyager's structural integrity field around it. The ship was stabilised, and the separatists were allowed to depart.
