A synth on Coppelius who tried to summon an ancient synthetic alliance to wipe out organic life.
Sutra was one of the synthetic beings living on Coppelius, created by Bruce Maddox and Altan Inigo Soong, and twin to Jana, who had died before Picard's arrival. She was played by Isa Briones, who also played Dahj and Soji.
Using a Vulcan mind meld on Agnes Jurati, Sutra saw the Admonition and decided it was a call from higher synthetic beings. She manipulated the other synths into building a beacon to summon them before the Romulan fleet arrived, until Soong discovered her deception and shut her down.
