A Romulan scholar on the Borg Artifact, driven mad by the Admonition, who named Soji the Destroyer.
Ramdha was a Romulan woman being cared for on the Artifact, the Borg cube held by the Romulans, after having once been assimilated. She was an expert in Romulan myth, and when she met Soji Asha she recognized her as one of the twin sisters foretold by her cards and called her the Destroyer.
She had been a member of the Zhat Vash alongside Commodore Oh and had lost her mind after seeing the Admonition. She had also been the guardian of Narek and Narissa, who called her their aunt. She was played by Rebecca Wisocky.
