Ocam Sadal is the son of the president of Betazed and the brother of Tarima Sadal. He arrives with the Betazoid delegation that visits the academy in Beta Test, while Betazed weighs whether to rejoin the Federation it left after the Burn.
After Chancellor Ake's proposal to move the Federation's government to Betazed wins the delegation over, Tarima chooses to enroll in the War College. Ocam instead joins Starfleet Academy and becomes a roommate of Caleb and Darem. He was played by Romeo Carere.
