Stubborn old Bajoran farmer who refused to leave the moon Jeraddo when Bajor planned to tap its core for energy.
Mullibok is an elderly Bajoran who settled on the moon Jeraddo after escaping the Cardassians decades earlier. In Progress, the provisional government needs Jeraddo evacuated so its core can be tapped for energy, and Kira is sent to persuade him to leave.
His stories and stubbornness win Kira's affection, and when guards come to remove him he attacks one and is shot. Kira stays to care for him while she comes to see that she now serves the authority she once fought. In the end she burns his cottage and has him beamed off the moon, though he insists he will die if he leaves.
