A priestess of a transplanted Native American people who married Kirk when he lost his memory, and died carrying his child.
Miramanee is a priestess of a people descended from Native Americans relocated to a distant planet by the Preservers. When Kirk loses his memory near the planet's obelisk, the villagers take him for a god, and he lives among them as Kirok.
Kirok and Miramanee marry, and she becomes pregnant. When an asteroid nears and Kirk cannot open the obelisk, the villagers stone them both. Spock and McCoy arrive in time to save Kirk, but Miramanee dies of her injuries. She was played by Sabrina Scharf.
