Vorta officer stranded with his Jem'Hadar unit who betrayed his own soldiers to Benjamin Sisko to save himself.
Keevan is a Vorta whose Jem'Hadar unit crash-lands on a barren Gamma Quadrant planet where Benjamin Sisko and the crew of a downed Starfleet ship are also stranded. Injured, and with the Jem'Hadar's supply of ketracel-white running out, he approaches Sisko with a deal: he will lead his own soldiers into a Federation ambush in exchange for his life.
In Rocks and Shoals, Sisko reluctantly agrees, and the Jem'Hadar march to their deaths. Keevan later appears as a prisoner in The Magnificent Ferengi, where Quark plans to exchange him for Ishka, but he is accidentally killed before the trade is completed.
