A vengeful Ferengi DaiMon who blamed Jean-Luc Picard for the death of his son at the Battle of Maxia and twice plotted revenge.
Bok's son commanded the Ferengi ship destroyed by the USS Stargazer at the Battle of Maxia. Years later, in The Battle, Bok presented Picard with the derelict Stargazer and used a mind-altering thought maker to make Picard relive the battle and attack the Enterprise-D. The scheme was exposed, and Bok was removed from command by his own crew because there was no profit in it.
Bok returned in Bloodlines, having escaped confinement. He threatened to kill Picard's son, a young man named Jason Vigo whose DNA Bok had secretly resequenced to make him appear to be Picard's child. When Picard exposed the deception, Bok's Ferengi accomplices once more turned on him.
