The Enarans are a technologically skilled Delta Quadrant people who travelled aboard Voyager as passengers in exchange for technical help. They are telepathic and able to pass memories to others, a gift that became intrusive when B'Elanna Torres began dreaming vividly of life as a young Enaran woman named Korenna.
The dreams were a memory deliberately implanted by an elderly passenger. They showed that the Enarans had rounded up and exterminated the Regressives, a faction who rejected technology, and erased the event from their history. Torres chose to carry the memory and bear witness to it.
