Jessen was an Enaran engineer who befriended B'Elanna Torres and became the first of her people to receive the suppressed memories.
Jessen was one of the Enaran passengers who worked alongside B'Elanna Torres in engineering during their trip home aboard Voyager, and the two became friends.
In Remember, after Jora Mirell died and the other Enarans denied the genocide of the Regressives, Torres confronted Jessen and lamented that she could not prove what she had seen. Jessen agreed to let Torres share the memories with her through a telepathic link. The episode ended with the first of the dreams beginning again, now in Jessen's mind, carrying the truth back to the Enaran homeworld.
