Ship Star Trek: Picard NCC-1701-F

USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-F)

Odyssey-class starship

The Odyssey-class successor to the Enterprise-E, Starfleet's flagship at Frontier Day in 2401 under Admiral Elizabeth Shelby.

The USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-F) was an Odyssey-class starship, a large explorer that succeeded the Sovereign-class Enterprise-E as the bearer of Starfleet's most famous name. By 2401 it served as the flagship of the fleet.
It was commanded at that time by Admiral Elizabeth Shelby, who had worked alongside Picard's crew against the Borg decades earlier. During the Frontier Day celebrations at Earth, the Enterprise-F led the gathered fleet as Starfleet demonstrated its new system for linking ships into a single coordinated formation.
When the Borg and their Changeling allies activated a hidden signal that seized control of younger crew members across the linked fleet, Shelby was shot by her own officers and the Enterprise-F was turned against Earth along with the rest of Starfleet. The fleet was freed when Picard's former crew, aboard the restored Enterprise-D, destroyed the Borg cube sending the signal.
