The Ti'Mur was a Vulcan starship commanded by Captain Vanik in 2151. Like other Vulcan ships of the time, it was far more advanced than Earth's new warp-five starship.
In Breaking the Ice, the Ti'Mur arrived while Enterprise was studying a comet, and its crew chose only to observe. Archer resented the scrutiny, invited Vanik to an unsuccessful dinner aboard Enterprise and accused him of spying. When a shuttlepod became trapped on the comet, Archer swallowed his pride and accepted Vanik's help in the rescue.
