Kraylor ship that Harry Kim commanded and named Nightingale, trying to run an Annari blockade with what he was told was a cargo of vaccines.
The Nightingale was a Kraylor vessel caught between Kraylor and Annari forces while the Delta Flyer was nearby. Its command crew had been killed, and Harry Kim took command to help it complete what its passengers said was a humanitarian mission, naming it after the famous wartime nurse.
The ship's doctor Loken later admitted that its people were scientists, not medics, and that the real cargo was a cloaking device to get through the Annari blockade. Kim chose to see the mission through, broke the ship free of an Annari tractor beam and reached the planet.
