Sisko's Creole Kitchen is the restaurant Joseph Sisko owns and runs in New Orleans on Earth. Benjamin Sisko and Jake visit it in Homefront, and its kitchen and dining room are the setting for Joseph's stubborn refusal to take a blood test during the Changeling scare.
The restaurant returns later in the series as a refuge for Benjamin, most notably when he goes home after leaving Deep Space Nine, and it reflects the family's love of cooking that runs through the Sisko scenes.
