In 2375 Sisko stopped Gul Dukat and Kai Winn from freeing the Pah-wraiths in the Fire Caves of Bajor, then went to live with the Prophets.
In 2375 Kai Winn and Gul Dukat went to the Fire Caves on Bajor and used the Book of the Kosst Amojan to try to release the Pah-wraiths, the enemies of the Prophets. Winn was killed when she turned against Dukat.
Sisko arrived and tackled Dukat into the fiery pit, destroying the book and trapping the Pah-wraiths again. Sisko was taken by the Prophets to the Celestial Temple and told his wife Kasidy that he would return one day.
