A Section 31 agent who lived in a mechanical exoskeleton and was killed after the mole Fuzz took control of it.
Zeph, played by Robert Kazinsky, is a member of Alok Sahar's Section 31 team in Star Trek: Section 31 who lives and works in a mechanical exoskeleton. He takes part in the operation on Baraam to stop the sale of the Godsend.
After the team's safe house is sabotaged, Zeph disappears and is suspected of being the mole, but he is found dead. Philippa Georgiou deduces that Fuzz infiltrated his exoskeleton, forced him to sabotage their communications and kill himself, and planted evidence against Rachel Garrett.
