The captain of the Enterprise-C, whose ship travelled through time from the Battle of Narendra III and returned to restore history.
Captain Rachel Garrett commanded the USS Enterprise-C. In Yesterday's Enterprise her ship was defending a Klingon outpost on Narendra III from Romulan attack when it passed through a temporal rift into the future. Its disappearance created an alternate timeline in which the Federation was losing a war with the Klingons.
Guinan sensed that history had gone wrong, and Garrett agreed to return to almost certain death, knowing that the ship's sacrifice could bring peace with the Klingons. She was killed during a Romulan attack before the ship returned, leaving Lieutenant Richard Castillo in command, joined by Tasha Yar of the alternate timeline.
