The Brunali mother of Icheb, who helped send her son back to the Borg to spread an engineered pathogen.
Yifay is Icheb's mother, who appears in Child's Play when Voyager reunites Icheb with his parents on their Brunali homeworld. She welcomes him warmly, and her apparent affection helps persuade Icheb to stay rather than continue with Voyager.
Yifay and her husband Leucon later sedate Icheb and put him aboard a shuttle heading for a Borg transwarp conduit, intending that he be assimilated so the pathogen engineered into his body would spread through the Collective. Seven of Nine rescues him, and Icheb returns to Voyager to choose his own path.
