Respected Vulcan ambassador whom Enterprise carried to safety in 2152, after she was expelled from Mazar under a cloud.
V'Lar was a distinguished Vulcan ambassador whom T'Pol greatly admired. Played by Fionnula Flanagan, she was expelled from the planet Mazar for supposed abuse of her position, and in Fallen Hero Enterprise was ordered to carry her to a waiting Vulcan cruiser.
Pursued by Mazarite ships, Archer learned that she had actually been working against corruption in the Mazarite government and that the charges were a ploy to recapture her. Enterprise pushed its engines to their limit to deliver her safely, and the ambassador and Archer developed a warm mutual respect.
