A woman who, in an alternate future, became Chakotay's partner and joined his and Harry Kim's attempt to undo Voyager's destruction.
Tessa Omond appears in Timeless, set fifteen years after Voyager crashed on an ice planet during a failed slipstream flight in an alternate timeline. She has become Chakotay's girlfriend and travels with him and Harry Kim aboard their Delta Flyer as they recover the Doctor and plan to send a message back in time to prevent the disaster.
When Captain Geordi La Forge of the USS Challenger moves to stop them for violating the Temporal Prime Directive, Chakotay offers to send Tessa to safety on his ship, but she chooses to stay. Kim's successful transmission changes history, erasing this future along with Tessa's place in Chakotay's life.
