A Bajoran former Maquis who brainwashed Tuvok years earlier and used him to turn Voyager's former Maquis against the Starfleet crew.
Teero Anaydis is a Bajoran former member of the Maquis who appears in Repression. During Tuvok's undercover mission in the Maquis, Teero secretly conditioned him using mind control techniques, planting a trigger that would one day make Tuvok an agent of the Maquis cause.
A message from Teero, hidden in a transmission from the Alpha Quadrant, activates the conditioning. Tuvok attacks several former Maquis crew members without memory of it, then uses mind melds to impose the same conditioning on them, and they attempt to seize Voyager. Janeway helps Tuvok regain control of his mind, and he restores the others.
