The bigoted mother of T'Pring, whose disdain for Spock's human heritage overshadowed his engagement ritual.
T'Pril is the mother of T'Pring and the wife of Sevek, appearing in Charades. She and Sevek arrive for Spock's engagement ritual with their daughter just after an encounter with the Kerkhovians has accidentally made Spock fully human, and T'Pril's open contempt for his human side makes the ritual an ordeal.
With help from Amanda Grayson and the crew, Spock disguises his condition until a cure is found. At the end of the ritual he reveals the ruse to call out T'Pril's bigotry, which offends T'Pring and leads her to ask for a break.
