Vulcan captain of the T'Kumbra and Benjamin Sisko's longtime rival, who challenged him to a holosuite baseball game.
Solok is a Vulcan Starfleet captain who commands the USS T'Kumbra and its all-Vulcan crew. A rival of Benjamin Sisko since Starfleet Academy, he once beat a drunken Sisko in a wrestling match and later used the incident in published papers as evidence of Vulcan superiority over humans.
In Take Me Out to the Holosuite, Solok challenges Sisko to a baseball game, and his team, the Logicians, faces Sisko's hastily assembled Niners. The Vulcans take a commanding lead and win easily, but the Niners celebrate their single run so joyfully that Solok is denied the satisfaction of his victory.
