Sirna Kolrami was a Zakdorn master strategist who observed Riker's war game and was beaten by Data at Strategema.
Sirna Kolrami was a renowned Zakdorn strategist sent to observe a Starfleet combat exercise in Peak Performance. Riker was to command the aged USS Hathaway against Picard and the Enterprise, and Kolrami was openly sceptical of Riker's abilities.
Kolrami was a grandmaster of the game Strategema. He beat Data easily at first, shaking the android's confidence. In a rematch, Data played for a stalemate rather than victory and frustrated Kolrami into giving up. Riker also impressed him in the war game, though the Zakdorn never fully admitted it. Roy Brocksmith played him.
