Nandi is a Ferengi smuggler who raised Dal, then cons the Protostar crew out of their chimerium and betrays them to the Diviner.
Nandi is a female Ferengi smuggler who looked after Dal R'El when he was younger. In First Con-tact, the crew answers a distress call and finds her, and she offers them cloaking technology in exchange for help stealing a remalite crystal from an unexplored planet.
Janeway's hologram warns that interfering with the young civilization breaks the Prime Directive. The crew return the crystal when they see the harm done, but Nandi escapes with their chimerium crystals. In Time Amok, she sells the Protostar's location to the Diviner. Nandi was voiced by Grey Griffin.
