Dala's partner in crime, who impersonated Tuvok while the pair swindled traders in Voyager's name.
Mobar is the companion of the swindler Dala in Live Fast and Prosper. While she plays Janeway, he plays Tuvok, and the pair have studied their roles well enough to fool a group of miners into handing over bolomite in exchange for dilithium that is never delivered.
The pair had first met Neelix and Tom Paris while posing as religious travelers, using the meeting to gather information about Voyager. Once Janeway learns of the scheme, her crew lures the con artists into a trap.
