A former Vulcan intelligence operative whom T'Pol is sent to bring in, years after he eluded her.
Menos was a deep-cover operative of the Vulcan Ministry of Security who stayed on the world of Agaron after his mission ended. In The Seventh the Vulcan High Command reactivates T'Pol to arrest him, accusing him of smuggling biotoxins for transgenic weapons. He was the last of the fugitives she had been sent to retrieve years before.
The mission forces T'Pol to recover a memory she had suppressed, of killing another agent, Jossen. Menos is captured, escapes and is finally stopped by T'Pol and handed to the Vulcans. He was played by Bruce Davison.
