A holographic Cardassian, a self-taught engineer among the Hirogen's escaped holograms, who turned against Iden.
Kejal is a Cardassian hologram created as prey for the Hirogen and freed with the others led by Iden in Flesh and Blood. She taught herself computing and engineering, and develops a holographic field generator meant to let the holograms live on a planet. She works with B'Elanna Torres after Iden abducts her.
As Iden becomes increasingly violent, Torres persuades Kejal to turn against him, and she deactivates the holograms so the Doctor can be reactivated to stop him. Afterwards she declines Janeway's offer to stay on Voyager and remains with the surviving holograms.
