Mute Bajoran woman who farmed the moon Jeraddo alongside Mullibok and Baltrim until she was evacuated to Bajor.
Keena is a Bajoran farmer who lives on the moon Jeraddo with Mullibok and Baltrim in Progress. Like Baltrim, she has been unable to speak since the Cardassian occupation, and she relies on the old farmer and his home for shelter and purpose.
When the provisional government sends guards to clear the moon before its core is tapped, Keena and Baltrim are arrested and taken to Bajor. Mullibok's anger at their removal leads to the confrontation in which he is wounded.
