Kaseth is a Romulan commander who enters the Neutral Zone to seize the Protostar, but needs its captain to take control.
Kaseth is a Romulan commander who learns of the Protostar while the ship is under repair at a starport in the Neutral Zone in Masquerade. Seeing the chance to seize an advanced Federation vessel, her forces pursue the crew.
The Romulans need the ship's captain to gain control of the Protostar, so they hunt Dal. Using the powers unlocked by Dr. Jago's implant, Dal subdues the attackers, and Murf helps repel the last of them before the crew escapes. Kaseth was voiced by Kimberly Brooks.
