Jago is a geneticist whom the crew meets at a starport in the Romulan Neutral Zone, where the Protostar stops for repairs in Masquerade. She examines Dal and reveals that he is a human augmented with the DNA of 26 other species, finally answering the question of his origins.
Jago gives Dal an implant to unlock his dormant abilities. When Romulans attack, Dal subdues them with his new powers but begins to lose control, and Zero removes the implant. Jago was voiced by Amy Hill.
