Dosi trader in the Gamma Quadrant whose negotiations with Quark and Pel for tulaberry wine first pointed the Ferengi toward the Dominion.
Inglatu is a Dosi, a boisterous people from the Gamma Quadrant, who negotiates with Quark and his assistant Pel in Rules of Acquisition. Grand Nagus Zek sends Quark to buy tulaberry wine from the Dosi, and the talks go well until Zek suddenly raises the order to an impossible quantity.
The Dosi walk away, and when Quark and Pel follow them to their homeworld they find that the planet does not produce that much wine at all. Zek's true aim was to learn about the Dominion, and the Dosi put the Ferengi in touch with the Karemma, one of its member races.
